Fixes in Grantworks

GrantWorks Version 6.1.1 (For Filemaker Pro 7.0 and run-time version) Update now available.

Note: The TER, and person forms are scheduled to be updated at a later time.

GrantWorks Version 6.1.1 conforms to the May 1,2005 NIH standard.

GrantWorks Version 5.8.0 fixes a tuition remission bug. line 6 didn't calculate and line 7 and after used the wrong salary line in the calculation.

GrantWorks Version 5.7.8 Multiple fixes

  1. Reduce the font in the Role on Project field to allow a valid job title to fit.
  2. Pre-Printed Medical School in Box 3f, Major Subdivision.
  3. Added the Animal Welfare Assurance Number in 5b. A3368-01
  4. Checklist page - Fixed a FileMaker conversion issue between FM4 and later versions where a 2-digit year is converted to a 4-digit year in the wrong century.

GrantWorks Version 5.7.7 The new Federalwide Assurance number (FWA00005399) replaces our former multiple project assurance number M-1285), removed wording on face page related to DUNS number.

Reviewing tuition remission calculations

GrantWorks Version 5.7.6 2590 form changed to "PHS398/2590 (Rev. 05/01) from 4/98 in 'Biographical Sketch'. (not yet fixed, rent/lease costs need to be deducted from modified total direct cost base.)

Version 5.7.5 changed the dhhs agreement date to 9/30/2002. (not yet fixed, rent/lease costs need to be deducted from modified total direct cost base.)

Version 5.7.4 Changed Diane Barrett title from Federal Director to Asst. Director, Pre-Award Services due to the retirement of Bill Vance (34 Years of Service).

Version 5.7.3 fixed some outstanding bugs in forms, overlapping text etc.

Version 5.7.0 Updated PHS-2590 forms. (This is the first version of the new PHS-2590 forms.)

Version 5.6.7 fix to change requested fields to Arial 8, 10 and 11 in Research Description and Budget pages. Line 8 of Personnel Data worksheet now goes onto the continuation page, rather than being invisible. RSP fax number id no longer cut off. Scan marks added to continuation page. 4/11/2002

Version 5.6.6 fix to increase the number of characters you can type into the research description page. a date display fix, enter 4 digit year, but only display two-digit year. 27January2002

Version 5.6.5 fix for Table of Contents, changed some fonts, fixed date pattern on Personal Data. 18January2002

Version 5.6.4 fix to hide CheckBox text fragment, some spacing and text overprint problems, table of contents numbers greater than three digits. 11January2002

Version 5.6.3 fix for fontsize on the face page, and fix for personal info checkboxes, changed the compression on the Macintosh SEA (self extracting archive). 07January2002

Version 5.6.2 adds new NIH forms support for the PHS-398 form. Old data has been removed from the download and the forms more closely match the NIH templates. 03January2002
