Fixes forGrantWorks v6.6.3 : 17November2005 - Changed the Tuition remission checkbox to default to off on 2590 form, and added space for more people.

Fixes forGrantWorks v6.6.2 : 26September2005 - Updated the popup menu for the rate on the checklist.

Fixes forGrantWorks v6.6.1 : 22September2005 - Changed the dhhs agreement date to 9/16/2005, and changed the rate on the checklist. Fixed an issue with the PHS 2590 menu button, and fixed all menu buttons with the pc runtime not working the first time.

Fixes forGrantWorks v6.6.0 : 21September2005 - Changed menu button to Description & Performance Sites, Modified Table of Contents Form Page 3: verified field at the bottom of the page, fixed the Number of Publications and G. Literature cited fields so they are not the same field, allowing differnt information to be entered in each field. Fixed a problem with one of the fields in the middle of the page.

Fixes forGrantWorks v6.5.1 : 21June2005 (Form Page 1 - reduced font size so the FWA number fit)(Form Page 3, Number of Publications and G Literature cited was the same - needed to be two different values, Other items list was missing a text field)(Personal Data Form Page cosmetic changes)(Modular Budget Format Page Consortium text field added, Fee text field added).

1June2005 fixes - Fixed Calculation for 7b and 8b on face page.

24May2005 fixes - Added the missing EIN: 1396006492A1 to the 398 face page.

23May2005 fixes - FP 2 - continued, removed extra line in key personnel, changed font metrics to fix a problem where the decender was cut off from commas. This made thousands separators look like decimals.

18May2005 fixes - added checkbox to FP 2-continued, fixed some printing issues on non-form pages.

3May2005 fixes - added checkbox to 4c on the facepage. changed the checklist page formula to subtract patient care properly.
